“Vlad is an excellent teacher, despite it being an open house, he made sure he assisted and guided us when we had difficulties in the asanas. I had not practiced yoga for over three years, and I felt good that I met a true yogi who was patient and supportive.” Jennifer A.
“Vlad’s yoga classes have been a coming home experience for me. They remind me of taking classes with my first yoga teacher, who knew how to create an environment that was the perfect balance between physical challenge and deep acceptance of the present. Until taking Vlad’s class, I had yet to find another teacher that created such an open and supportive environment. I would describe his style as flexible and engaged.” Alex J.
